高效率大範圍輸出電壓之直流電源昇壓電路

本專利所提之電路架構電壓可調範圍從1與20倍,係由兩個對稱交錯式昇壓轉換器與一個輔助電感所組成,主要為減少切換損失與導通損以達成高轉換效率之目標。 本專利提出一種可昇降壓調節功能且具零電壓切換特性之交錯式直流轉換裝置。電路主要元件為採用四個開關、一個電感與三個繞組變壓器,搭配二極體等配件。本計畫所提之交錯式隔離架構,開關之導通責任週期可以操作大於50%,因此電壓增益超過匝數比限制,反之可以線性降壓,適用於大範圍直流電壓輸出之切換式電源供應器。本架構創新之處,在於二次側僅用一組繞組,搭配串聯電容,即達成交錯式不易解決之兩對稱電路平衡問題,優於習用必須至少兩個二次側繞組之架構。此外,利用漏感續流能量,開關得以零電壓切換並實施同步整流技術,再加上交錯式電流分散均流優點,因此實作電路之最高轉換效率約96%,本計畫預計規劃之輸入直流電壓為155V,輸出最高電壓與功率分別為500V、2kW,以驗證所研發驅動電路之效能。 The aim of this patten is to develop a step-up/step-down zero-voltage-switching interleaved DC-DC converter for the switching power supply. The interleaved converter is composed of two shunted elementary boost conversion units, including four switches, a three windings transformer and a small auxiliary inductor. Due to the inductor in series the input source, the duty ratio of two main switches can be controlled over 50% so that the voltage gain is higher than the turns ratio. The proposed converter can be auto balanced the currents of the interleaved two phases without an additional current-sharing module. The leakage inductance problem of transformer is solved by the active clamped circuit that results the switches with the ZVS and synchronous property. The expremental results based on a 2kW 155V to 500 V DC/DC prototypes and the maximum efficiency of the entire high-efficiency power conversion system is over 96% to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.
