技術說明

醫囑遵循的程度，會影響醫療品質及有效性。如果能普及化，具自動化提醒功能之藥盒，不啻是一種可以節省人力，增進服藥遵循度的方法。事實上，市面上已有一些相關產品，但尚未看到其普及化。原因在於這些產品有一些共同的缺失，例如：設定複雜、單價過高、需第三者置入藥丸膠囊。造成這些缺失的原因在於，這些產品都不是由醫療機構研發，因而其設計細膩度，距離「以病患為中心」尚有一段差距。本計畫則以延伸醫療服務為出發點，設計一使用更容易、用藥更安全、價格更低廉之智慧型藥盒。 Medication adherence affects the effectiveness and quality of treatment. Smart drug box that can automatically remind pill taking time is a labor-saving way to improve the medication adherence provided it can be widely adopted. In fact, there are some such products have been developed; but are not popular among patients. The unpopularity of the products can be blamed to their common flaws such as the complexity of setting drug time, high cost, and the reliance on an extra person to fill in pills and capsules into the box. Designed by non-medical agents, these products are unable to deliver exquisite drug box for patient-centered caring. To overcome those flaws, this project is to develop a smart drug box with ease of use, lower cost, and safer medication process.
