一種探針陣列與其製造方法

本創作係一種探測人體訊號的探針,其探針的尖端外徑、探針高度、錐率、底部外徑、圓角、每根探針之間的距離及不同針數都有一定的規格,以利偵測人體訊號。為實現低成本及高效率的探針製作,本創作提出一種「複合式精微電加工法」,以螺旋式放電加工與鍍銀技術,進行探針製作,再將碳化鎢電極,以複合式運動,包含電極自轉、啄鑽運動及行星搖動的方式。而於鉻銅圓棒上製作出陣列式微孔,再令此圓棒倒置作為加工電極,並對黃銅素材進行行星式的雕啄放電加工,形成陣列式精微探針。由於探針為侵入皮膚內的方式進行訊號偵測,故以電鍍技術將銀覆層於表面,以防人體排斥探針材料並提升探針導電度,使研究者能準確判讀此處訊號,利於各種人體監測。 We have creating a probe for measuring human body signals, the probe’s dimension has specifications , to facilitate detection of the body signals. To achieve low cost and high efficiency of the probe production, proposed the creation of " (Hybrid micro electro-machining) " to spiral EDM and silver plated technology for the production of the probe, then tungsten electrodes to compound movement containing electrode rotation, pecking and planetary motion shaking way. And on Cr-Cu rod arrays produce microporous, then make this rod upside down as the machining electrode, and brass material were carved peck planetary discharge machining, forming a microscopic array probes. Because the probe is carried out within the skin-invasive way to detect the signal, so as to electroplate silver coating technology on the surface, to prevent the probe rejection the human body and enhance conductivity probe, allows researchers to accurately interpret signals here, which will help human to monitoring.
