技術說明

本發明揭露一種光電致變色電池裝置，包括一輔助電極、一工作電極及一變色層。工作電極相對設置於輔助電極上方，且包括一第一基板、一環型半導體層及一染料。其中環型半導體層設置於第一基板上，以面向輔助電極，且具有複數孔洞，且其中染料填入於每一孔洞內。變色層設置於輔助電極與環型半導體層之間，且完全對應於該環型半導體層所圍繞的區域內。本發明亦揭露一種光電致變色電池裝置的製造方法。 本發明係有關於一種光電致變色電池裝置，特別是有關於一種結合染料敏化太陽能電池及電致變色元件的光電致變色電池裝置及其製造方法。 A photoelectrochromic cell device including a counter electrode, a working electrode and an electrochromic layer is disclosed. The working electrode having a first substrate, a ringed semiconductor layer and a dye is oppositely disposed above the counter electrode, wherein the ringed semiconductor layer having a plurality of holes is disposed on the first substrate toward the counter electrode, and the dye is filled into each of the plurality of holes. The electrochromic layer is disposed between the counter electrode and the ringed semiconductor layer and fully corresponds to an area surrounded by the ringed semiconductor layer. A method for forming a photoelectrochromic cell device is also disclosed.
