技術說明

本案係為明膠之製備方法，用於促進傷口癒合及對抗氧化之用途，該製備方法係包含下列步驟：(a)以一台灣鯛魚鱗為原料，經乾燥及粉碎後取得一魚鱗碎片或薄片；(b)對該魚鱗碎片或薄片進行一水分調整之前處理；(c)以單軸擠壓機擠壓水分調整後之該魚鱗碎片或薄片後取得一魚鱗擠出物；(d)將該魚鱗擠出物進行乾燥、粉碎及過篩後取得魚鱗擠出物粉末；(e)將該魚鱗擠出物粉末以熱水進行萃取後取得一明膠萃取液；(f)將該明膠萃取液進行冷凍乾燥，以製成一明膠粉末。 A method for extracting gelatin is disclosed and uses for promoting wound healing and against oxidation, the method comprise the steps of (a) taking Taiwan Tilapia scale as materials, and then drying and crushing to get scale fragments or slices, (b) proceeding a pretreatment of adjusting the moisture content of scale fragments or slices, (c) extruding the scale fragments or slices to obtain a scale extrudate, (d) drying, grinding and filtering to obtain a scale extrudate powder, (e) extracting the scale extrudate powder by heat water to obtain a gelatin extracting liquid, and (f) freeze-dried the gelatin extracting liquid to produce a gelatin powder.
