技術說明

一種觸媒的處理方法，其包含步驟：提供一廢棄觸媒；將該廢棄觸媒置放於一氫氧化鈉溶液中，其中該氫氧化鈉溶液的一濃度係介於1M至5M之間，該氫氧化鈉溶液與該廢棄觸媒的一液固比係介於0.5至2毫升/克之間；以及對置放於該氫氧化鈉的該廢棄觸媒進行一微波處理以獲得一再生觸媒，其中該微波處理的一反應時間係介於10至30分鐘之間及一反應功率係介於200至600瓦之間。 A method for treating a catalyst is described and includes steps of: providing a waste catalyst; placing the waste catalyst in a sodium hydroxide solution, where a concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is between 1 M and 5 M, and a liquid-solid ratio of the sodium hydroxide solution to the waste catalyst is between 0.5 and 2 ml/g; and performing a microwave treatment on the sodium hydroxide solution placed in the sodium hydroxide solution to obtaining a regenerated catalyst, where the microwave treatment has a reactive time ranging from 10 to 30 minutes and a reactive power ranging from 200 to 600 W.
