技術說明

本發明在研發一種兼具防水及散熱功能，可大幅提升電動馬達之效能及耐用性之構造及方法技術。其技術手段，係於電動馬達之轉軸一端固設一風扇，馬達殼體之一端鄰近該風扇處覆設有一呈盤狀的罩蓋及一外蓋，該罩蓋與該外蓋之間形成有一腔室，該腔室外圍為一環牆，內圍區域設有一弧形牆，該弧形牆將該環牆內圍區隔出一氣室及一流道，該氣室容積大於該流道，該弧形牆一端與該環牆相接，且該環牆位於二者相接處形成一缺口，該缺口為一排氣口，該弧形牆另端與該環牆間隔而形成一入氣口，該罩蓋之盤面上設有複數個密佈且直接通向該氣室的氣孔，使該風扇經由該氣孔打入該氣室內之空氣，可再經該入氣口、該流道而由該排氣口排至外界。本發明整體組成均為目前科技技術水準所能達成，在廠商製造上確實可以完成及實現，因此本發明確實可供產業上充份利用。 The invention both in developing a water and cooling, can enhance the performance and durability of the structure and methods of the electric motor.
