技術說明

聚碳酸酯具有良好的生物相容性及材料穩定性，在生醫領域中逐漸取代聚酯類、聚醚類等高分子，因此受到各工業大國高度重視。早期製程中因為含有光氣或苯酚，過程中需要高度防範措施，因此逐漸被淘汰。本專利中，提出一系列對環境友善的單體當作原料，透過聚縮合反應，合成一系列綠色材料，改善傳統對環境汙染嚴重之PC製程，並導入不同的脂肪族單體，不僅提升其耐候性，並增加其後續加工的應用性。本發明提供一種以二甲基碳酸酯製備之共聚物及其製備方法，該以二甲基碳酸酯製備之共聚物包含二甲基碳酸酯、雙醇類和一改質單體所形成之單元，經由轉酯化反應及聚縮合反應得到該以二甲基碳酸酯製備之共聚物。 Polycarbonate has good biocompatibility and stability of the material in the biomedical field, which replace polyester, polyether and other polymer gradually in biomedical field, and is becoming more and more concerned by all companies all over the world. Initial process contains phosgene or phenol, requiring high degree precaution during the reaction, and it is eliminated gradually. The patent proposes a series of environmentally friendly monomers as raw materials, through the polycondensation reaction, synthesising of a series of green materials to improve the traditional PC process that causes serious environmental pollution. We also incorporate different aliphatic monomers into the polycarbonate, which not only enhance their weather resistance but also increase its subsequent processing of applications.
