本發明主要發展高效率多輸入單輸出直流/直流轉換器應用於燃料電池供電系統中,高效率多輸入單輸出直流/直流轉換器可以將低壓側燃料電池與鋰電池電壓昇壓轉換成一高電壓位準直流匯流排,高電壓位準直流匯流排電壓以供應移動載具伺服馬達主要電力,則燃料電池亦可以對鋰電池進行浮充以維持鋰電池電量。依移動載具行駛狀態可操作於三種模式,單輸入獨立供電狀態、充電狀態及雙輸入聯合供電狀態。本電源轉換器運用電壓箝制、耦合電感設計及零電流柔性切換方式,充分使用元件規格,使得本裝置具有高昇壓比、低切換損失、不同電壓等級輸入與低導通損失之特點,可達到高效率多輸入轉換之目的。 The aim of this patent is to develop a high-efficiency multiple-input dc/dc converter for a fuel cell generation system. The proposed converter can boost the voltage of a fuel cell and battery to a high-voltage-side dc bus. The high-voltage-side dc bus is used as the main power for an electric vehicle, and the fuel cell also can charge the battery. The techniques of voltage clamping and soft switching are employed in this converter, and the corresponding device specifications are adequately performed. The operational states of the proposed converter can be divided into three states including a single power-supply situation, a charging situation, and a dual power-supply situation. By this way, the properties of high step-up ratio, different level input voltages, lower switching and conduction losses can be obtained. As a result, the goal of high-efficiency multiple-input power conversion with high voltage gain can be achieved.
