技術說明

本元件提供一種可調變的感測元件，可以使元件在使用中可以調整其感測範圍以及靈敏度，其中包含一基板、一介電體、一調變體，及一電極單元。介電體包括形成於基板上的介電底部、由介電底部的周緣遠離基板延伸的介電側部，及連接介電側部的介電頂部，並共同界定出容置空間。調變體填置於容置空間中，於受到電場或磁場作用時，能改變剛性。電極單元包括設置於介電底部的第一電極層，及設置於介電頂部的第二電極層且不與該調變體接觸。於電極單元施加電場及磁場之其中一者，並對介電體施加外力時，調變體會因為剛性的不同，對外力產生不同的形變。 This sensing device provides an in-use tuning capability for sensing rang and sensitivity improvement. This device includes a substrate, a dielectric housing, a tunable body, and an electrode unit. The dielectric housing comprises a dielectric bottom portion that formed on the substrate, a dielectric side portion that formed on edge of the dielectric bottom, and a dielectric top portion that connect with the dielectric side portion and define a containing space with the dielectric bottom portion and the dielectric side portion. The tunable body filled the containing space, and the rigidity of the tunable body can be changed by an electric field or a magnetic field. When applying the electric fields or the magnetic field at the electrode unit, the shape of the tunable body is deformed depend on the rigidity of the tunable body.
