技術說明

本發明是一種有機改質層狀苯基磷酸鋅，其包含一有機胺類高分子插層至層狀苯基磷酸鋅的層間距間，使該層狀苯基磷酸鋅的層間距增大至少2.5倍；本發明將層狀苯基磷酸鋅以有機胺類高分子加以改質後添加至有機塑料高分子中，可改善無機層狀苯基磷酸鋅與有機塑料高分子加工性不佳的問題，透過有機胺類改質有助於層狀苯基磷酸鋅於塑料高分子中的分散性，進而增加塑料高分子的機械性能，且塑料高分子的熱性質也因有機改質層狀苯基磷酸鋅的阻絕效應而得到提昇與改善，達到阻燃、耐燃的效果。 Present invention is related to an organic modified zinc phenylphosphonate (PPZn), polymer composite and application thereof. Interlayered spacing of PPZn has been enlarged at least 2.5 times with the intercalation of organic polymer. The organic polymer is amine polymer. The present invention has solved the problem of blending property between inorganic PPZn and organic plastic polymer by modified PPZn with the amine polymer. The amine polymer is able to promote dispersibility of PPZn in organic plastic polymer and also enhance mechanical property thereof. Thus, thermal properties of the organic plastic polymer are enhanced in the presence of organic modified PPZn.
