河川懸移載採樣系統及其輔助設備

台灣天然地理及氣候條件特殊,經年受地震崩塌帶來大量坍方土砂,加上全球暖化後高強度集中降雨之颱風洪水等高風險災害之威脅。台灣河川坡陡流急且具洪枯懸殊間歇性特性,颱洪變量流期間洪峰高流速(表面流速超過3~4 m/s)下,現有泥砂採樣器無法垂直下沉量測全水深之懸移載泥砂濃度。且全球暖化,致使颱洪降雨趨於高強度集中降水。本專利可輔助現有懸移載採樣器,有效率量測高流速下之全水深河道輸砂量,有助於本土性河川防洪工程規劃設計之應用。 With the frail geology, High-frequency earthquake and heavy precipitation in Taiwan, soil erosion is common during the typhoon season. Due to the global warming, more extreme typhoon-induced floods may occur. Most rivers in Taiwan are intermittent rivers with steep slopes. The existing sediment samplers can not be lowered down to the riverbed to collect the complete vertical suspended sediment concentration profile during floods induced by typhoons when the surface flow velocity exceeds about 3~4 m/s. In addition, there is an increasing trend for the high intensity extreme rainfalls due to the global warming. The proposed measuring system enables one to efficiently measure the vertical sediment concentration profiles and flow velocity profiles during high flows. The collected information are very useful for the regulation and planning of the flood control engineering.
