碳吸收劑及其製造方法與使用方法Carbon Adsorbent, the manufacturing method thereof, and the using method thereof

本研究發明可藉由酸化處理例如醋酸,並精確掌握其pH值,將石灰石礦物(limestone)浸泡其中,使其顆粒細化外還可令石灰石孔洞增加並提高其表面積。並加入適當比例的抗燒結之耐熱金屬離子例如Al3+,來合成出含有鈣與鋁之酸化合物如鈣鋁基二氧化碳吸收劑(Ca(OAc)2-Al),可直接應用在500-750℃之中高溫以捕捉二氧化碳(CO2)。研究結果顯示Ca(OAc)2-Al起始吸附能力為60(wt%);而且此Ca(OAc)2-Al材料具有抗燒結、高比表面積及顆粒尺寸奈米化特性。當經過50次中高溫吸脫附CO2循環後,仍保有原先的93%吸附能力,達到穩定不劣化的優異效能。 In this invention, we developed highly effective, durable, and much cheaper Ca-Al-O based sorbents suitable for high temperature CO2 capture and chemical looping of CaO-based by treating nature limestone with an acidic and ion-added process. In this work, we added acetate along with Al(NO3)3 the nature limestone by controlling the solution pH value, reaction time, acetate amount and Al(NO3)3 concentration. It was found that after reaction, (Ca(OAc)2-Al)-based compound was formed and displayed high sorption performance of CO2 capture at 500-750oC. The experimental results indicated that the developed (Ca(OAc)2-Al)-based CO2 sorbent show the highest capture capacity of 60 wt% CO2/g of sorbent and its capacity decreased only slightly after 50 cycles of carbonation and calcination, maintaining 93% of the initial cycle capacity.
