技術說明

本發明提出一種具有微結構陣列之導電結構與其製造方法。上述製造方法包括：提供基板，上述基板上方配置有導電主體；於導電主體表面上形成光阻層；利用微影製程於光阻層中形成複數個貫孔，且複數個貫孔暴露出導電主體；以及利用化學電鍍法於複數個貫孔中成長出複數個微結構，其中每一微結構具有材質不同之至少一第一單元體與第二單元體。上述第一單元體呈柱狀且位於導電主體表面上，上述第二單元體之第一表面與第一單元體接觸，且該第二單元體呈柱狀、蘑菇狀或不規則針狀。 A conductive microstructure array and a method for manufacturing and fabricating the same are provided. The method includes steps of providing a substrate, wherein a conductive body is disposed over the substrate; forming a resist layer on a surface of the conductive body; forming a plurality of through holes in the resist layer by a lithography process, wherein the through holes expose the conductive body; and forming a plurality of microstructures in the plurality of through holes by a chemical plating method, wherein each microstructure has at least one first unit body and a second unit body constituted by different materials respectively. The first unit body is disposed on the surface of the conductive body and performs a pillar structure. The second unit body has a pillar structure, a mushroom structure or an irregular tip structure, and a first surface of the second unit body is contacted with the first unit body.
