本發明係關於一種經分離之多肽，其包含與SEQ ID NO：1 具有90%相同性之胺基酸序列，其中該多肽具有苯並吡喃酮類磷酸酯合成酶活性；一種微生物，其係包含一核酸序列，該核酸序列編碼如上述之多肽；以及一種苯並吡喃酮類磷酸酯衍生物之製造方法，其包含：將上述之經分離之多肽或如上述之微生物與一苯並吡喃酮類化合物接觸或培育；本發明之經分離之多肽可製備苯並吡喃酮類磷酸酯衍生物，使得苯並吡喃酮類化合物之親水性提高。 The present invention is related to a blotransformation process, effected by means of an isolated polypeptide possessing benzopyrone phosphate synthase activity, and also a microorganism comprising a nucleic acid sequence that encodes the polypeptide, for the preparation of phosphate-conjugated derivatives of benzopyrone compounds.
