技術說明

一種藉由影像處理及電腦視覺技術讀取色環電阻值之創新設置與方法，目的在協助色盲、視力退化之年長者、或非專業人員讀取色環電阻，並協助對一堆多種電阻之分類整理。所設計組裝極具成本效益之光源，具良好控制之照明在擷取影像時可有效消除電阻表面之反光及減少光暈現象，可讀取任意方向擺置之4-色帶或5-色帶電阻，處理程序包括自動調整電阻影像至水平、雜訊過濾、適應性二值化、RGB直方圖分析創建電阻本體背景圖、影像絕對差、色帶萃取、顏色辨識、轉換色碼、分析色帶位置決定計算電阻值時是否翻轉色碼讀值順序。實驗結果對包括12種顏色之4-色帶及5-色帶電阻讀值可獲致16/20~20/20之辨識率，系統可經由使用者基於既有之資料庫於使用過程中繼續做電阻色帶顏色之訓練，而具有辨識率再提高之潛力。 A novel device and method to read color band of 4-band and 5-band resistor through image processing and computer vision techniques. The purpose of the developed system is for assisting engineers with color blind, elder with degenerative eyesight or non-professional people to recognize color band resistor. It can also help people to sort out different resistors. We designed and setup a cost-effective light source to provide a well-controlled illumination that can eliminate light reflection and reduce halo phenomenon on resistor surface while acquiring resistor image. The processing includes automatic horizontal adjustment, noise filtering, adaptive thresholding, RGB histogram analysis for building resistor main body color image, image absolute difference for color bands binarization and extraction, color identification, and color band position analysis for determining flipping over the converted color code while computing the resistor value.
