技術說明

許多研究均證實，隔震技術為建物或設備極有效的抗震方法。但一般隔震系統多為水平向隔震，具垂直向隔震能力之系統較為少見。究其原因乃因垂直向隔震器在施作上有其技術瓶頸，亦即於靜態時需有足夠之剛度以克服受隔震物體本身之自重；而於動態時又必須具有足夠之柔度以拉長隔震週期，亦即在動態與靜態時之勁度需求有所衝突。為改善克服上述困難，本項發明之核心技術稱為「慣性式垂直隔震器」，該系統於靜態時可產生一上揚力使隔震器在靜止時具有較高之垂直等效勁度，以避免過大的沈陷量；而於動態時則可產生一額外之慣性力，因此在地震來襲時具有較長之垂直隔震週期，達到有效之減震目的。同時，在低頻震波作用下，該慣性力亦具有抑制低頻似共振反應之效果，可增加隔震之安全性。本項發明可搭配水平隔震器使用，即形成三維隔震系統(three-dimension isolation)，可用以隔離三個方向之震波(水平雙向及垂直單向)。本發明可用於設備隔震、樓板隔震或輕型建築物等垂直隔震之用，以達到保護建物內精密設備、高價值物品及人員設備安全之目的。 An isolation system including a first force transmitting element, a first object, a second object and a restoring-force member. The first force transmitting element is disposed on a base. The first object is coupled to a first end of the first force transmitting element, and the second object is coupled to a second end of the first force transmitting element. The restoring-force member is connected between the first object and the base. The restoring-force member is configured to provide a restoring force to the first object when the first object moves. When the first object shakes and provides a first force to the first end of the first force transmitting element, the second object provides a second force interacted with the first force to the second end of the first force transmitting element.
