技術說明

此治療性珊瑚萃取物(EXCB)可以經由調節異常血管新生抑制皮膚相關疾病，像是慢性傷口、燒燙傷及異位性溼疹。同時，EXCB可以提升抗氧化能力及熱休克蛋白90與保濕因子(filaggrin)的表現量。 The therapeutic coral extract (EXCB) could inhibit skin related diseases such as chronic wound, burn injury and atopic eczema via regulating abnormal angiogenesis. Simultaneously, EXCB could up-regulate antioxidative properties, expression of HSP90 and filaggrin. Besides, EXCB could also reduce substance P and the transepidermal water loss.
