技術說明

本發明係有關一種楔型面接觸之油膜厚度分析裝置，其包括一機台、一旋轉工作台、一導體滑塊及一量測組件。機台具有工作孔；旋轉工作台樞設於工作孔，並包括一轉盤及驅動轉盤之驅動組件。施力部係使導體滑塊與轉盤之間具有一傾斜角；且使導體滑塊經轉盤上之油膜，朝轉盤施加工作力。量測組件電性連結轉盤及導體滑塊，而即時擷取其間之接觸電阻值。當控制轉盤之轉速變慢與慢快，係使油膜之厚度分別變薄與變厚，進而使接觸電阻值分別變小與變大；並當控制工作力之變小與變大，係使油膜之厚度分別變厚與變薄，而使接觸電阻值分別變大與變小。 This invention relates to a lubricant film thickness analyzing device for a wedge-shaped contacting surface. It includes a device frame, a rotatory working table, an electrically conductive slider, and a measuring set. The device frame includes a working hole and contains a rotatory disk and its driving assembly. A force applying portion is provided for make the electrically conductive slider being slightly tilted on the working disk, as well as to create a loading force on the rotary disk. The measuring set electrically connects with the rotary disk and the electrically conductive slider so it is able to measure the real-time resistance value between them. The rotating speed of the rotary disk can be altered to become faster or slower, so that the corresponding film thickness changes. Accordingly, the contact resistance value will be changed.
