技術說明

一種據有移熱與光電能量轉換功能之照明裝置，包含︰一雙相移熱單元；設置於該雙相移熱單元上之導熱絕緣膜，該導熱絕緣膜上設有電路佈局；設置於該雙相移熱單元一端之光電轉換單元與發光單元，該光電轉換單元與發光單元係位於相異平面上且分別與電路佈局電性連接；設置於該雙相移熱單元另一端之散熱單元；以及與該電路佈局電性連接之電能儲存單元；其中，該光電轉換單元係將接收之光能轉換為電能，該發光單元則據以將電能轉換為光能。 An irradiation device with functions of heat transferring and light-to electric energy transforming is disclosed, which comprises;a two-phase heat transferring unit,a heat-transferring insulating film with layout thereon positioned on said two-phase heat transferring unit,a light-to-electric energy transforming unit and a light-emitting unit positioned on one side of said two-phase heat transferring unit wherein said light-to-electric energy transforming unit and light-emitting unit are on different surface and are electrically connecting to layout, a heat sink unit positioned on the other side of said two-phase heat transferring unit, and a electricity-storing unit electrically connecting to layout, wherein said light-to-electric energy transforming unit transforms light energy as received to electric energy and light-emitting unit transforms electric energy to light energy accordingly.
