技術說明

本發明之電池檢測與分類系統係以檢測與分類電池所製作成之電池檢測與分類裝置，為一具高效率、可靠度高、量測快速和降低成本之自動化電池芯檢測機台，此一自動化檢測機台籍由我們所設計的檢測機台上的檢測機構去檢測出電池電壓和內阻，並配合監控程式，使檢測出的電池電壓和內阻顯示於監控人機介面上，同時經由程式的判斷將電池合格與不合格訊息顯示於人機介面上，再經由我們所設計出的分料機台上的分料機構將電池歸類於我們指定的物料箱中。其對檢測與分類電池速度可與商業化商品之水準比擬，且僅需使用少量的時間便可檢測與分類電池，因此可大幅降低操作所需耗費人力與繁雜程序。檢測與分類電池的使用，有助於提升分類電池效率，並進一步提升分類電池電性均一性。 The present invention discloses a testing and grading system for battery. The testing and grading system for battery is made a testing and grading device for battery. The high testing and high grading for grading the battery is demonstrated in the present work which commercialization usage. Therefore, it can be easily to grad the battery with testing and grading the battery method, and hence can be reduced a lot of human and procedure. Furthermore, to additive the testing and grading system for battery is useful to enhance capacity of testing and grading the battery, and hence rise the electric homogeneity of battery.
