技術說明

聽力受損的原因很多，其中，耳蝸係在內耳負責將聲音轉變為電訊號，若組織中外毛細胞有所受損，將導致耳蝸感測聲音的敏銳度降低，無法辨識特定聲音或聽不見。臨床醫療上，此類聽力受損患者分為可回復與不可回復，但現有檢測尚無法判斷患者類型，由此，將有需要一套耳蝸病症資料庫以進行系統性診斷與預後。本發明提供一種聽力診斷資料庫的建立，特別是針對耳蝸內組織中外毛細胞的分佈狀況，透過一特定聲波回溯與其組織模型的比對，以判斷患者的聽力狀況，藉以進行病症診斷，進而評估患者術後恢復的可能。 Hearing loss can result from multiple factors. The cochlea is the organ in the inner ear that converts sound into electrical signals. If outer hair cells (OHC) in the cochlea are damaged, auditory sensitivity and selectivity will be reduced, and sounds could become inaudible or not easy to recognize. Clinically speaking, some hearing loss can be recovered and some cannot, but existing means for testing human hearing is not capable of determining which of the two categories a patient belongs. Therefore, there is a need to create a database for cochlear diseases and perform systematic diagnosis and prognosis accordingly.
