技術說明

本發明提供一種紫外光感測器補償電路及方法，其中包括包括:雙閘極光感測電晶體、第一電晶體、第二電晶體、第三電晶體、儲存電容和第一電容，第一電晶體用於補償感測器之起始電壓， 第二電晶體控制感測器開啟與否，第三感測器決定各畫素的讀取動作，感測電荷大小會受制於感測元件起始電壓，本發明對於感測器能精準補償起始電壓差異，有效避免光強度讀取錯誤，以及避免元件長時間操作下所造成的起始電壓飄移，增加光感測器電路之可靠度。 This invention exhibits a method for the compensation pixel circuit of UV sensor, concluding the dual gate photo sensorr, first transistor, second transistor, third transistor, storage capacitance, and first capacitance. First transistor is used as the switch for threshold voltage compensation, and the second transistor is the control switch for the photo sensor. Third transistor is the signal-output switch for the each pixel. However, the photo-sensing electric charge is decided by the threshold voltage of photo sensor. Besides, this invention presents the accurately compensation for threshold voltage variation, which can effectively prevent the readout error for light intensity.
