技術說明

一種透明沸石膜的製作方法及其結構。其透明沸石膜之製作方法係先配製一可產生沸石之溶 液，再將可產生沸石之溶液調至一特定濃度。之後，將特定濃度的可產生沸石之溶液塗佈在 一基材上。接著，將塗佈後之基材在攝氏120到250度之溫度下以低於飽和溼度進行處理，以 使塗佈於基材上的可產生沸石之溶液轉化為一沸石結晶膜。所獲得之沸石結晶膜有一定排列 次序或有疏水性，且因為所形成沸石膜中之沸石結晶及結晶間孔隙皆為奈米尺度故呈現透 明。 A method for making transparent zeolite film and structure of the zeolite film. The method for making zeolite film by first preparing a solution able to make zeolite, subsequently adjusting the concentration of the solution able to make zeolite. And then, the solution able to make zeolite is coated on a substrate, subsequently heating the coated substrate to 120~250oC under less than saturated humidity to convert the coated precursor to zeolite film. The packing of zeolite nanocrystals in the produced zeolite film may have preferred orientation and the film may show super-hydrophobic property. Moreover, the produced zeolite film is essentially made of closely packed zeolite nanocrystals, so it is transparent to the eye.
