空調系統液管的過冷卻度關係到節流元件冷媒的焓值與閃變現象,進而影響空調系統的能量損耗。因此提升空調系統液管冷媒的過冷卻度將有助於提高蒸發器的能力以及降低經過節流元件的冷媒發生閃變現象,進而提升空調機的冷卻能力與能源效率。本發明將吸濕速乾功能的紡織物包覆於空調機的液管之上。藉由本發明所設計的導流管與吸收結構使吸濕速乾的紡織物吸收蒸發器的低溫凝結水,並利用凝結水顯熱與蒸發潛熱冷卻的方式來提升液管冷媒的過冷卻度,進而達到提升空調系統冷卻能力與能源效率的目的。 The subcooling degree of liquid-line in air-conditioning system can influence the enthalpy and flash phenomenon of refrigerant in metering device to affect the energy consumption of air-conditioning system. Therefore, enhance the subcooling degree of refrigerant in liquid-line can improve the evaporator capacity and reduce the flash of refrigerant in metering device, thereby enhancing the cooling capacity and energy efficiency of the air-conditioner. This invention will use moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabrics to cover the liquid-line of air-conditioning system. The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabrics to absorb condensed water of the evaporator by using the design of conduit and absorbing structure in this invention, and using the sensible heat and latent heat of vaporization of condensed water to increase the subcooling degree of refrigerant in liquid-line, thereby enhancing the cooling capacity and energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system.
