熱特性量測裝置

在傳統非接觸檢測中,未知待測物體的熱特性為多種熱傳量測的重要參數,例如:熱像儀量測物體放射出的輻射能量,在已知物體的放射係數之條件下,能夠準確地量測物體的溫度,然而物體的熱特性參數會因為材料純度、檢測環境因素、物體表面特性等因素而改變,上述原因將大幅影響量測的精確度及穩定度。本技術利用熱像模組量測一個熱源放射的熱能,及其反射於一個待測物的熱能,透過熱輻射的定義,計算出待測物的熱放射係數。此技術不需要龐大的光學儀器設備,能夠以嵌入式系統及感測元件整合實現,適合整合於手持式熱像裝置,或是獨立開發手持式裝置。 In traditional non-contact measurement tests, thermal properties of an object are important factors for thermal measurements. For example, using a thermal camera to measure the radiation energy emitted from an object, the object's temperature can be accurately measured if the emissivity of the object is given. However, emissivity varies with material purity, inspection environment, object's surface condition, etc. These factors will affect the accuracy and reliability of the measurement. This proposed technology utilizes a thermal measuring unit to measure the energy emitted from a controlled heat source and its reflection on a object to be investigated. Based on the definition of radiation heat transfer equations, the emissivity of the object can be computed. This technology does not required large and expensive equipments and can be implemented in embedded systems plus sensing components. Therefore, it can be integrated to any hand-held device.
