技術說明

本發明目的在於提供一種金屬單晶化設備及其運作方法。所述的金屬單晶化設備包含一基板、一單晶金屬前驅物、一光束產生器及一線偏振片。先將該單晶金屬前驅物溶液置於該基板上，再透過該光束產生器及該線偏振片施予一線偏振光至該單晶金屬前驅物上。單晶金屬前驅物在線偏振光照射過程中，會彼此以方向性附著式自組裝並再結晶成晶界較少的單晶金屬材料。 關鍵字：單晶、線偏振、奈米線、雷射、表面電漿子、方向性附著、自組裝 Apparatus and method for manufacturing metallic single crystalline are provided. The apparatus for manufacturing metallic single crystalline comprises a substrate, a single crystalline precursor solution, a light emitter, and a linear polarizing filter.
