製備生質柴油之方法及其製備裝置Method for producing biodiesel and the apparatus thereof

將收集後之濃縮藻液(或藻泥)先與適量之醇類混合,接著將混合液輸入至微波爐等破藻裝置中進行微藻藻壁之破壞,之後以濾布進行破藻後混合液過濾。經過濾後之藻體與正己烷等共同溶劑、醇類充分混合以進行藻油萃取。萃取結束後將含有藻油之共同溶液取出並加以濃縮,即可獲得微藻藻油。經由上述的流程之後,藻油萃取率可達90%以上。本技術除了已成功發展出可直接以濕藻體為原料之藻油萃取方法,亦克服了技術處理規模之限制,同時僅需以正己烷、甲醇等較無毒性之有機溶劑做為萃取劑。 The concentrated microalgae solution (or microalgae sludge) from the harvesting process is mixed with the suitable amount of alcohol. Following that, the mixture passes through the cell wall destruction with a disruption equipment such as a microwave oven, and then suffers filtration with a commercial filter bag. The microalgae biomass from the filtration process is mixed with co-solvent, such as hexane, and alcohol in order to extract the micrialgal oil. After the oil extraction process, the co-solvent is separated from the mixture and concentrated to gain the pure microalgal oil. The extraction rate of the oil extraction from wet microalgae as described above is higher than 90%.
