於一種鞋底混線生產之多軸智慧噴膠系統中，輸送機構先後輸送第一與第二鞋底至工作平台上，而位於工作平台上的第一與第二鞋底具有不同的幾何形狀及擺設方位。攝影機先後拍攝位於工作平台上的第一與第二鞋底，以獲得代表第一與第二鞋底的第一與第二深度資料。處理器依據儲存於資料庫中的模板資料與噴膠加工資料，以及第一與第二深度資料分別產生第一與第二噴膠加工參數。多軸噴膠機電連接至處理器，並分別依據第一與第二噴膠加工參數對位於工作平台上的第一與第二鞋底進行噴膠。藉此可以達成不同鞋底的自動化彈性噴膠作業。 In a multi-axis intelligent glue dispensing system for a mixed production of soles, a conveyor successively transports first and second soles onto a working platform, wherein the first and second soles on the working platform have different geometric shapes and orientations. A camera successively photographs the first and second soles on the working platform to obtain first and second depth data representative of the first and second soles. The processor generates first and second dispensing parameters respectively according to template data and dispensing data stored in a database, and the first and second depth data. A multi-axis glue dispenser electrically connected to the processor dispenses glues onto the first and second soles on the working platform respectively according to the first and second dispensing parameters. Thus, flexible glue dispensing operations can be automatically disposed on different soles.
