咬合運動追蹤系統與其使用方法

數位咬合器是基於虛擬實境的牙科應用,其將顯著減少機械咬合器的限制,並且通過模擬實際患者運動的數據,可以分析其靜態和動態咬合以及頜關係。本研究開發高精度下顎運動追蹤裝置,整合發展個人化數位咬合器;結合追蹤技術記錄個人咬合軌跡,並依此追蹤數據設計製造咬合調整機台。另外,結合客製化咬合板軟體與假牙設計軟體製作贗復物,與開發多材質多顏色之3D列印機,生產包含牙齒與基底之全口假牙產品。 Digital articulator is a dental application based on virtual reality, which can significantly reduce the limitation of mechanical articulator, and can analyze the static and dynamic occlusion and jaw relationship by simulating the movement data of actual patients. In this study, we developed a high-precision mandibular motion tracking device, integrated the development of personalized digital occlusal device, combined with tracking technology to record the individual occlusal trajectory, and follow up accordingly. In addition, combined with customized occlusal plate software and denture design software to make prosthesis, and develop multi-material and multi-color 3D printing machine to produce complete denture products including resin teeth and denture base.
