本發明提出一種同軸滾筒式微波材料處理腔,其主要包括:一波導單元、一微波產生器、一軸承單元、一腔體、一轉動軸、一驅動單元、一取樣單元;其中,該微波產生器係連接至該波導單元的一端,且該軸承單元藉由一固定環連接至該波導單元的另一端。再者,該腔體係連接至該軸承單元的一轉動環。於本發明之中,該微波產生器所產生的微波透過該波導單元被傳至該腔體內。接著,透過該腔體的轉動,令所述同軸滾筒式微波材料處理腔達到均勻加熱的效果。值得說明的是,透過該取樣單元使用者可以清楚地得知烘焙進度。 The present invention discloses a coaxial microwave rotary applicator for material processing, mainly comprising: a waveguide unit, a microwave generator connected to one end of the waveguide unit, a bearing unit, a chamber, a rotary shaft, a driver unit, a sampling unit, wherein the bearing unit is connected to the other end of the waveguide unit through a fixed ring. Moreover, the chamber is connected to a rotary ring of the bearing unit, and the microwave generator is configured for supplying a microwave to the chamber. By such arrangement, it is able to uniformly heat a specific material disposed in the chamber by driving the chamber to rotate. It is worth noting that, user is allowed to clearly observe processing progress via the sampling unit during the heating process of the specific material.
