技術說明

冬蟲夏草是傳統中藥之珍貴藥材，主要由冬蟲夏草菌(Cordyceps sinensis)感染蝙蝠蛾幼蟲所形成。但不論是藥材或菌絲體醱酵產品，其中所含機能性成分-蟲草素(cordycepin)皆甚微。蛹蟲草在大陸也被視為一類蟲草藥材，稱為「北冬蟲夏草」或「北冬蟲草」，由蛹蟲草菌（Cordyceps militaris）感染昆蟲蛹所形成，是冬蟲夏草屬（Cordyceps）之模式種。過去本研究室即已發現在多種蟲草屬菌中，以蛹蟲草菌之醱酵液中蟲草素含量最高。蟲草素具有多種生物活性，包括殺蟲性、抗菌性（抑制細菌與真菌）、抗原蟲性（抗利什曼原蟲）及抗腫瘤、抗病毒與免疫調節藥理活性，特別是在抗白血病、抑制人類免疫不全病毒（HIV）、抗疱疹與抑制癌細胞。本發明係以二階培養基，結合天然高分子幾丁聚醣為擔體，經由菌體固定化技術來提高蟲草素於醱酵產程中之產量。 “UongChongCao” is the other emerging kind of DongChongXiaCao, and well known as “North DongChongXiaCao” or “North DongChongCao”. It is formed from the pupa infected by the fungus C. militaris that is the type species of genus Cordyceps. Previously study found the highest cordycepin content in the fermented broth of C. militaris comparing to the other species of Cordyceps in our lab. Cordycepin has broadly bioactive spectrum, including larvicidal, antimicrobial (antibacterial and antifungal), antiprotozoal (antileishmanial), antitumor, antivurus, and immunoregulatory activity. Special clinical investigations have been noticed for antileukemia, HIV inhibition, antiherpesvirus, and anticancer. The present invention uses two-stage culture medium in combine with natural high molecular chitosan which serves as carrier to increase cordycepin in fermentation process by mycelium immobilization technology.
