技術說明

一種用於檢測口腔癌之基因標記，其係包含一目標基因之CpG位點且該CpG位點係經甲基化作用，其中，該目標基因之CpG位點係選自以下群組：FLT4_E206_F、ASCL1_E24_F、KDR_E79_F、TFPI2_P9_F、TERT_E20_F、ADCYAP1_P455_R、MT1A_P49_R、及前述之組合。ㄧ種篩檢口腔癌之方法，包含以下步驟：a) 提供一受測檢體；b) 檢測該受測檢體之細胞之基因體去氧核糖核酸中，至少一選自以下群組之目標基因之CpG位點的甲基化狀態：FLT4_E206_F、ASCL1_E24_F、KDR_E79_F、TFPI2_P9_F、TERT_E20_F、ADCYAP1_P455_R、以及MT1A_P49_R；以及c) 根據該目標基因之CpG位點的甲基化狀態，判斷該受測檢體是否具有口腔癌。 A gene marker for detection of oral cancer, comprising methylated CpG sites in target genes, is provided, wherein the CpG sites in the target genes are selected from a group consisted of FLT4_E206_F, ASCL1_E24_F, KDR_E79_F, TFPI2_P9_F, TERT_E20_F, ADCYAP1_P455_R, MT1A_P49_R, and combinations thereof. Also provided is a method for detection of oral cancer, comprising a) providing a sample to be examined, b) detecting the methylation state of at least one CpG site in the target genes on genomic DNA from cells of the sample, wherein the CpG sites are selected from a group consisted of FLT4_E206_F, ASCL1_E24_F, KDR_E79_F, TFPI2_P9_F, TERT_E20_F, ADCYAP1_P455_R, and MT1A_P49_R, and c) determining if an individual has oral cancer based on the methylation state of the selected CpG sites of the sample.
