技術說明

為首次發現phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted from chromosome 10 (PTEN)基因在疼痛中的保護性角色。在神經病變性疼痛的形成過程中，會伴隨PTEN的減量表現。而透過基因載體使PTEN過量表現，則能預防神經病變性疼痛的形成，並降低神經發炎反應。本發明係關於將一種核酸用於製備治療疼痛之藥物組合物的用途，藉引發PTEN增量表現以抑制或減緩神經性病變疼痛。此外，本發明亦提供一種篩選止痛藥物組合物之方法，其中該藥物組合物能促進PTEN的增量表現。 The present invention relates to a use of nucleic acid for manufacturing pharmaceutical compositions for treating pain wherein the nucleic acid comprises a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 encoding PTEN DNA and stimulates an upregulation of PTEN. The present invention also provides a method for screening anti-pain drugs for pain relief, wherein the pharmaceutical drugs can stimulate the upregulation of　PTEN.
