技術說明

本發明提供一個測試解壓縮器，僅需要一個單一測試輸入來傳送需要輸入資料給該測試解壓縮器，這個測試解壓縮器即可將這個輸入資料轉換成需要的測試向量來測試電路。這個測試解壓縮器主要由三個構成要素組成，分別為測試資料散佈器、測試結構切換器和測試控制器。 This invention provides a test decompressor. Only one single test input is needed to transfer required input data to the test decompressor. Then, by the test decompressor the input data can be converted to required test patterns to test a circuit under test (CUT).
