技術說明

本發明之主要目的在於提供一種帶鋸機之鋸帶清潔機構，其結構簡單且能確保鋸帶具有良好的清潔度，以提升鋸帶的鋸切效率及使用壽命。本發明之鋸帶清潔機構包含有一清潔單元、一扭力感測器、一調整單元，以及一控制單元。清潔單元具有一鋼刷、一第一馬達，以及一連桿，該第一馬達具有一驅動軸，該連桿之一端連接該鋼刷，該連桿之另一端樞接該第一馬達之驅動軸，使得該連桿能藉由該馬達之驅動而帶動該鋼刷對該鋸帶之表面進行清潔；該扭力感測器設於該第一馬達之驅動軸，用以感測該驅動軸之扭力大小而發送一感測訊號；該調整單元具有一第二馬達及一調整螺桿，該調整螺桿之一端連接該第二馬達，該調整螺桿之另一端樞接該清潔單元之連桿；該控制單元電性連接該扭力感測器及該調整單元之第二馬達，用以接收該扭力感測器之感測訊號，並根據該感測訊號控制該第二馬達驅動該調整螺桿伸長，使得該調整螺桿在伸長時能夠同步推動該連桿，用以自動調整該鋼刷與該鋸帶之間的接觸距離。 The foregoing objective of the present invention is attained by the band-saw cleaning mechanism formed of a cleaning unit, a torque sensor, a regulation unit, and a control unit. The cleaning unit includes a steel brush, a first motor, and a linking rod. The first motor includes a driving shaft. The linking rod includes two ends, one of which is connected with the steel brush and the other is pivotably attached to the driving shaft of the first motor and in this way, the linking rod can be driven by the first motor to make the steel brush clean a surface of the band saw. The torque sensor is mounted to the driving shaft of the first motor for sensing the torque of the driving shaft and for emitting a sensing signal. The regulation unit includes a second motor and a regulation screw. The regulation rod includes two ends, one of which is connected with the second motor and the other is pivotably attached to the linking rod of the cleaning unit.
