亂數產生方法RANDOM NUMBER GENERATING METHOD

亂數在密碼學、混沌理論、遊戲理論、辨識系統、量子機器等有很重要的地位。本案提出一種結合影像、聲音及雙模混合的亂數產生方法,其係包括:1).雙模白雜訊萃取機制;2). 取樣點過濾機制;3). 亂數生成機制。配合現有之影音裝置設備,透過影、音或雙模隨機值萃取機制從中取得影像及聲音所含之並行白雜訊資料;經由取樣點過濾機制,挑選出合適之亂數種子取樣點,連續取得之白雜訊資料會動態且即時更新產生新的亂數種子;藉以提供亂數生成機制,進行亂數序列生成。本案之發明所涉及之領域可為電子電機、資訊安全、工業工程及博奕等產業,並可具體實現於個人化可攜式裝置、社群網路通訊裝置及系統、門禁識別及博奕設備等。 In this work, we propose audio or video or dual-mode hybrid random number generator which includes 1) Dual mode white noise extraction mechanism, 2) Sampling point filter mechanism, and 3) Random number generating mechanism. We extract white noise from existing audio or video or both of them equipment concurrently, then via sampling point filter mechanism; we pick up suitable sampling point as the seed for random number generator. Finally, with successive white noise acquired, we can generate random number sequences and renew generator seeds dynamically and continuously. The audio or video or dual-mode hybrid random number generator could be used in many fields such as electrical and electronics, information security, industrial engineering and gambling industry. Nevertheless, this invention can be implemented on personal devices, web-community network device and system, ID access control, and gambling equipment etc.
