技術說明

一種身體活動品質評估方法由一身體活動品質評估系統執行，且包含下列步驟。(A)一加速度感測單元每隔一預定感測週期產生一筆感測結果。(B) 一處理單元將每筆感測結果儲存於一儲存單元的一資料庫。(C)該處理單元根據該資料庫計算出多筆統計數值，該等筆統計數值當中的每一者指示該資料庫中之該等感測結果當中多筆對應於一取樣週期之感測結果的離散程度。(D) 該處理單元根據該等統計數值計算出多筆活動力及活動規律性指標，並計算活動品質(activity quality)綜合評估指標，做為慢性阻塞性肺炎(COPD)病患再入院(re-hospitalization)之生理標記(physio-marker)評估為實施例。該等活動力、活動規律性及活動品質綜合評估指標當中的每一者是該等統計數值當中多筆對應於一評估週期之統計數值的總和。 A physical activity quality evaluation method which is performed by a physical activity quality evaluation system with following procedures: (A) a sensing data is periodically sensed by an accelerometer with predefined sensing period; (B) a processing unit will then store the sensing data to database in a storage unit; (C) multiple statistical numerical results will be generated by processing unit. These statistical numerical results will be compared with database to determine the degree of discreteness; (D) multiple physical activity, activity regularity and activity quality compound indices will be calculated by summing all statistical numerical results for a certain period of time through the processing unit. These indices may be used as physio-markers for evaluating the risk of re-hospitalization in COPD patients.
