利用越光白米之外觀性狀與理化性質判別其產區之方法

本發明係關於一種利用越光白米之外觀性狀與理化性質判別其產區之方法,其包含下列步驟:(1)測量複數種已知產區越光白米之米粒長度、米粒寬度與直鏈澱粉含量、總氮含量、儲藏性蛋白質含量以及黏度等理化性質,將該些測量數值經統計分析建立一包括該些已知產區越光白米之米粒長度、米粒寬度與理化性質統計資料之產區判別模式;(2)測量一待測越光白米之米粒長度、米粒寬度與理化性質,並將該些測量數值輸入步驟(1)之產區判別模式;以及(3)經統計分析及比對步驟(2)該待測越光白米之該些數值與步驟(1)該些已知產區越光白米之該些數值,藉以判別得該待測越光白米之產區係為國外、國內東部或國內西部。 The present invention relates to a method for determining the geographic origin of Koshihikari cultivated in Taiwan and foreign countries by appearance properties and chemical components , and physicochemical properties of rice grains. The steps of the method comprising (1) measuring length and width of rice grain and analyzing amylose, total nitrogen, storage protein contents in rice grains, and viscosity of known geographic origin Koshihikari. Further processing all data with appropriate statistic analysis which to establish a geographic origin determining model;(2)detecting the data of a unknown geographic origin Koshihikari sample and then inputting the detecting values into thegeographic origin determining model;and (3)by means of statistic analysis and comparing the detecting values of step (2) of the unknown geographic origin Koshihikari sample with step (1) of the known geographic origin Koshihikari sample to precisely determine the geographic origin of Koshihikari sample.
