技術說明

一種高壓電流偵測器包含一第一感測電阻、一第二感測電阻、一高壓感測級及一輸出級，該第一感測電阻與一電池模組及一負載串聯，以感測該電池模組供應至該負載的一第一感測電流之大小。該第二感測電阻連接該電池模組，其中該第二感測電阻之阻值為該第一感測電阻之阻值的K倍，一第二感測電流流經該第二感測電阻，且該第二感測電流的大小為該第一感測電流的K分之一倍，該高壓感測級接收該第二感測電流並經由複數個電流鏡的映射而輸出一輸出電壓，該輸出級接收該輸出電壓，該輸出電壓經由一輸出電流鏡的映射而輸出一感測電壓，其中該感測電壓與該第一感測電流之間具有一比例關係。 A high-voltage current sensor includes a first sensing resistor, a second sensing resistor, a high-voltage sensing stage and an output stage. The first sensing resistor connects with a battery module and a load in serious to sense a current provided to the load from the battery module. The second sensing resistor connected with the battery module, wherein the resistance of the second resistor is K-times greater than the resistance of the first sensing resistor, a second sensing current flow via the second sensing resistor, and the second sensing current is one-K times as smaller as the first sensing current. The high-voltage current sensing stage receives the second sensing current and outputs an output voltage via mapping by a plurality current mirror. The output stage receives the output voltage and outputs a sensing voltage via mapping by an output current mirror, wherein there is a proportional relationship between the sensing voltage and the first sensing current.
