技術說明

本發明是有關於一種驅動裝置，且特別是一種可調式電流驅動裝置。本發明提供一種半導體記憶元件，包含一閘極電極、一電荷陷補層、一閘極氧化層、一多晶矽層、兩分開之源/汲極區。其中，此電荷陷補層位於此閘極電極下，此閘極氧化層位於此電荷陷補層下，此多晶矽層位於此氧化層下，並位於一玻璃基板上，此兩分開之源/汲極區，形成於此多晶矽層中並位於此閘極電極之兩側。此外，本發明亦揭露一種可調式電流驅動裝置及其操作方法。以及利用此半導體記憶元件的可調式電流驅動裝置及其操作方法，來克服驅動電路中薄膜電晶體平整度的問題。 A memory device including a gate electrode, a charge trapping layer, a gate dielectric layer, a polysilicon layer, and twodrain/source regions is provided. The charge trapping layer is located under the gate electrode. The oxide layer is located under the trapping layer. The polysilicon layer is located under the oxide layer and over a glass substrate. The two drain/source regions are formed in the polysilicon layer and are located on the two sides of the gate electrode. A tunable current driver and an operating method thereof are also disclosed in specification.
