本研究嘗試以遊戲為基礎的學習(Game-Based Learning)融入STEM 教育,建置一 STEM互動式3D學習情境編輯器,命名為「STEM-Game Editor」簡稱「S.G. Editor」。此系統運用5E學習環教學法做為實現STEM之設計基礎。 「S.G. Editor」設計特色包含: 1. 遊戲角色的扮演與融入,提昇學習者參與度,藉此激發學習者對於解決問題的熱情沉浸。 2. 5E 教學模式融入「S.G. Editor」, 確實落實STEM教育,觸發與引導學生統整學科知識的動機,促進學生提升思考能力。 3. 將跨學科知識融入各遊戲主題,藉由遊戲情境提昇學習者的學習興趣和運用跨學科之知識進行問題之解決。 4. 運用學習追蹤設計功能了解學習者學習歷程。 The main purpose of study was to design a 3D Game Editing System: An Interactive Software Environment for STEM Instructional Model (S. G. Editor), a Role-Playing Game learning system for science education and to understand students’ learning performance and their perceptions. The S.G. learning system is based on the 5E learning cycle teaching strategies. The outcomes of the study would provide as references for individuals, teachers and further studies. Therefore, the purpose of this study are as follows: 1. To design and develop a 3D game editor system: An Interactive Software Environment for STEM education. 2. Teachers can easily edit the game by S.G. Editor, and achieve the purpose of game-based learning. 3. Using learning process tracking features in S.G. Editor, teachers could easily and efficiently observe and guide the learners. 4. Within S.G. learning system, students could integrate of knowledge, and enhance thinking skills of problem solving.
