技術說明

本發明提供一種無機層狀材料的脫層方法，包括以下步驟：提供一均相前驅物溶液，其中該均相前驅物溶液包括含鈦化合物溶液或含矽化合物溶液；施加一無機層狀材料至該均相前驅物溶液中，形成一溶膠(sol)；以水熱法使該溶膠形成一濕凝膠；以及水洗、乾燥並鍛燒該濕凝膠，形成一脫層的無機層狀材料。 此無機層材以奈米混成的方式與熱塑型PE、PP、PLA形成奈米複材之高阻隔包裝材為主之適用性，期盼藉由製程技術之開發可有效的降低成本同時兼顧材料的優良特性 The invention provides a method for inorganic layered materials. The methods includes providing a homogeneous precursor solution, wherein the homogeneous precursor solution includes a titanium derivatives solution or a silane derivatives solution; adding an inorganic layered material into the homogeneous precursor solution to form a sol; coagulating the sol by a hydrothermal method to obtain a wet gel; and washing, drying and calcining the wet gel to obtain an exfoliated inorganic layered material.
