技術說明

一種氣體感測系統，包括一空氣吸入孔，包含複數個微流道、一可抽換式感測器，接收來自空氣吸入孔之空氣，並感測空氣、以及一處理單元，耦接至可抽換式感測器，依據可抽換式感測器之一感測結果進行判讀，其中，可抽換式感測器包含多個以陣列方式排列之感測晶片，每一感測晶片上塗佈可用於感測不同氣體之感測薄膜。 一種氣體感測系統，包括一空氣吸入孔，包含複數個微流道、一可抽換式感測器，接收來自空氣吸入孔之空氣，並感測空氣、以及一處理單元，耦接至可抽換式感測器，依據可抽換式感測器之一感測結果進行判讀，其中，可抽換式感測器包含多個以陣列方式排列之感測晶片，每一感測晶片上塗佈可用於感測不同氣體之感測薄膜。 A gas sensing system includes an air inlet which comprising a plurality of micro-flow channels, a removable sensor receives the air from the air inlet and sensing the received air, and a processing unit, coupled to the removable sensor, detects the air component according to the sensing result from the sensor. Wherein, the removable sensor includes a plurality of sensing chips arranged in an array and each sensing chip is coated a sensing thin film separately to detect different gas.
