技術說明

一種具有光子晶體結構之高分子膜之製造方法包含一混合步驟，至少混合一非對掌性液晶、一光學活性添加劑、一單體及一光起始劑而製成一液晶單體混合物，使液晶單體混合物充填於一透光容器；一照光步驟，對該液晶單體混合物照光；一液晶去除步驟，去除非對掌性液晶；以及一充填步驟，充填一非對掌性異方性液體。本發明之製造方法可藉由非對掌性液晶，例如向列型液晶，將光子晶體結構轉印至高分子膜，使其在填充非對掌性異方性液體的情況下具有布拉格反射之特性並可因而降低製造成本。 A manufacturing method of a polymer film with photonic crystal structure comprises the steps of a mixing step in which an achiral liquid crystal (LC), a chiral dopant, a monomer and a photo initiator are at least mixed together to form an LC-monomer mixture in a transparent container, an exposing step in which the LC-monomer mixture is exposed, an LC removing step in which the achiral LC is removed, and a filling step in which an achiral anisotropic liquid is filled. By using of the achiral LC, such as nematic LC, the photonic crystal structure is significantly imprinted to the polymer film in the invention, and thus the polymer film can reveal property of Bragg reflection when it is filled with achiral anisotropic liquid, so as to lower the cost.
