本發明係有關於一種微型鑽頭及其製備方法，該微型鑽頭包括：一基材，具有一表面；以及一超奈米晶鑽石薄膜，包括複數個晶粒，且該超奈米晶鑽石薄膜係形成於該基材之該表面；其中，該基材係為一碳化鎢基材，且每一個超奈米晶鑽石晶粒之尺寸係為1至30 nm。本專利案揭露一個在金屬表面鍍製超奈米微晶鑽石膜的方法，此鑽石膜含有奈米尺寸的鑽石晶體，如果將它均勻的鍍在鑽頭上，鑽頭將可維持其形貌，另一方面，切削會減少，鑽孔的平整度也會增加。 A micro-drill and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The micro-drill comprises: a substrate having a surface; and an ultra-nanocrystalline diamond film including a plurality of crystal grains, and the ultra-nanocrystalline diamond film is formed on the surface of the substrate; wherein the substrate is a tungsten carbide substrate and a size of each crystal grain of ultra-nanocrystalline diamond is ranging from 1 to 30 nm. This patent reveals a method for depositing UNCD on metal surface, due to nano-sized crystalline, the UNCD-deposited drill produces fine drill hole.
