本發明主要是利用具有親水基和疏水基兩性結構的聚合體或共聚合體與金屬前驅鹽類先於極 性溶劑中形成聚合體-金屬 螯合物,接著再進行還原反應使奈米金屬結晶體或微粒生成於螯合物系統中。此螯合物系統 再經由水相或非極性溶劑的 沖泡以及攪拌程序後,行成一種含有奈米金屬結晶或微粒的聚合體微胞溶液。 A new route for preparing metal-polymer micelle solution has been developed. In this approach, an amphiphilic polymer or copolymer having both the hydrophilic and the hydrophobic segments in its backbone is used as the polymer matrix, and a metal salt is added as the metal precursor. The polymer matrix and the metal salt are first mixed in a polar solvent (as the good solvent) to form the polymer- metal chelate mixture, which is subsequently heated and stirred continuously for several hours to generate metal crystal or nano-particle in the polymer-metal chelate solution, Then, asecond solvent of polar or non-polar (as the non-solvent)is added to induce the polymer-metal chelate solution, and by stirring it strongly for about one hour, a resultant solution of polymer micelle with metal crystal or nano-particles is obtained.
