技術說明

本發明係關於利用雞傳染性鼻炎菌(Avibacterium paragallinarum)之重組FlfA纖毛蛋白作為次單位疫苗。本發明進一步提供用於製備該重組FlfA纖毛蛋白疫苗之方法，包含以大腸桿菌生產重組FlfA纖毛蛋白疫苗之方法，以及將所得之重組蛋白作為有效之疫苗組成，用於保護雞隻對抗雞傳染性鼻炎菌之感染之方法。經動物實驗結果發現，本發明之次單位疫苗在施打雞隻後，能產生良好的保護效力，可對抗10,000,000 -1,000,000,000 CFU之雞傳染性鼻炎菌感染。 The present invention relates to a subunit vaccine for infectious coryza of chickens, which comprises the recombinant FlfA fimbrium protein of Avibacterium paragallinarum. The present invention further provides a method for producing the recombinant protein in E. coli expression system. The recombinant Avibacterium paragallinarum FlfA fimbrium of present invention is used as an effective component in vaccine composition to protect chickens against challenge infection with 10,000,000 -1,000,000,000 of Av. paragallinarum.
