技術說明

一種油中鐵顆粒濃度自動檢測裝置，用以解決習知油檢測裝置要另外取樣油品且無法即時檢測的問題。該油中鐵顆粒濃度自動檢測裝置包含：一基座；一檢測組件，該檢測組件可滑移地設於該基座，包含一磁鐵組及一磁通量感測器；一電磁鐵，設於該基座，該電磁鐵設有一控制器，該控制器分別電連接該電磁鐵及該磁通量感測器；一擺桿，設有一支點於一連接部及一樞接部之間，該支點樞接該基座，該樞接部樞接該檢測組件；及一被吸引件，活動連接於該擺桿的連接部，該被吸引件設有一導吸面與該電磁鐵的磁吸面相對。 An automatic detection device for the concentration of iron particles in the oils is used to solve the problem that the oil detection device is to be sampled separately and cannot be detected immediately. This device comprises: a base; a detection assembly is movable and located on the base, comprising a set of magnet and a magnetic flux sensor; an electromagnet locates on the base and it has a controller, which is electrically connected to the electromagnet and the magnetic flux sensor, respectively; a rocker bar has a support point between a connecting part and a pivot part, this support point is pivoted on the base, and this pivot part is pivoted with this detecting assembly; and an attracted part is movably connected to this connecting part of this rocker bar, and this attracted part has an attracted surfaces opposed to the electromagnet attracting surface.
