技術說明

本發明揭露了一種非接觸式陣列線張力控制裝置，用以控制複數條放電切割用線之線張力，其包含有複數個送線軸及複數個電磁鐵。每一送線軸具有一磁性端及一送線端，送線端纏繞有一放電切割用線，用以輸出放電切割用線。每一電磁鐵磁耦合於對應之磁性端，藉由調整電力以控制施加於磁性端之磁力，藉以調整送線軸之轉動速率。其中，該等送線軸相對於該等電磁鐵之方向平行於送線軸之軸向。本發明利用電磁鐵對送線軸進行磁阻尼力控制，藉以以非接觸式方式同時地調整多條放電切割用線之線張力，以增進多重線極放電切割之切割效率。 The present invention discloses a non-contact wire array tension control device for controlling a plurality of tension of corresponding electrical discharge wires, comprising a plurality of payoff bobbins and a plurality of electromagnets. The payoff bobbin has a magnetic end and a wire end, the wire end is winded an electrical discharge wire for outputting the electrical discharge wire. The electromagnet is coupled to the corresponding magnetic end for controlling a rotation rate of the payoff bobbin by controlling a magnetic force applied on the magnetic end. Wherein, a relative direction of the payoff bobbins to the electromagnets is parallel to an axial direction of the payoff bobbin. The invention uses the electromagnets to control the magnetic damping force of the corresponding payoff bobbins for controlling the tension of the electrical discharge wires by non-contact method simultaneously. The invention can enhance a cutting efficiency of the multi-wires discharging cutting.
